New York State Assembly, District 99 is located in the southern part of the State of New York in the USA. District 99 is north of New York City and is composed of parts of Orange and Rockland Counties. It is encompassed by New York's 39th State Senate district and New York's 18th congressional district. District 99 is currently represented by Democrat James Skoufis.
